OSO Ventures LLC (OSO Ventures) is a privately held real estate investment and development company based in New York City.
Founded by David Beare, OSO Ventures targets residential and commercial opportunistic/value-add investment and development opportunities in high growth urban markets primarily focused in the New York metro area, the Northeast and the Southeast.
Through joint ventures with select private and institutional partners, OSO Ventures leverages tenant and capital relationships to create value by transforming underperforming assets, realizing highest and best use with a focus on design and utility.
About David
Prior to founding OSO Ventures, David spent eight years at Midtown Equities, a New York City-based real estate investment and development firm specializing in large scale value add mixed-use development. At Midtown Equities, David led acquisitions, leasing, and asset management of projects under development. Most notably David worked on Empire Stores, a 500,000 RSF mixed-use office and retail landmark located on the Brooklyn waterfront and One Broadway, a 225,000 RSF mixed-use office and retail landmark overlooking Battery Park in Lower Manhattan.
David resides in Manhattan with his wife Alexandra and two children, Jack and Gigi, and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors. David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University in 2006.
